This development sits to the East of Wolvershill Road and is part of the wider Wolvershill new settlement, which is being proposed by North Somerset Council as part of their emerging new Local Plan (Policy LP1 – Wolvershill Strategic Development Location). You can access more details about the draft policy here.

The majority of the land in this area is controlled by Bloor Homes, Ainscough Strategic Land, and Wain Estates. To ensure a coordinated approach, the parties have worked together to create a single masterplan for the whole site.

Each developer will submit separate planning applications for the land they control, based on this shared masterplan and design principles. Bloor Homes controls the area marked in blue on the map, which is where our proposed development will be.

For more information on the joint masterplan, visit www.wolvershillmasterplan.co.uk.
